We griddle shaved steak with onions and peppers, melt the cheese right into it, and load it onto a split hero. It is one of the hot side’s most-ordered sandwiches alongside the Chicken Cutlet and Buffalo Chicken Heroes.
Pressed and wrapped to hold their heat, our hot heroes make the trip across Brownsville, Ocean Hill, and the rest of central Brooklyn without losing the melt. Add fries or mozzarella sticks to round it out.
